Hello, this is the Public Relations Department. This is an extra edition, our school diary. In these extra editions, I will introduce our school's student council activities in two parts, and delve deeper into the charms of the student council of an affiliated junior high school. In this first installment of the extra edition, I would like to tell you about the names and goals of each committee.
Now, there are a total of 11 divisions, including the Student Council Headquarters, that are involved in Student Council activities. The Student Council Headquarters consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Class General Affairs Committee members (2 members per class), while the other divisions consist of the Director, Vice Director, Secretary, and members (2~4 members per class). 11 clubs all have interesting activities, but we will save that for another time. Now let me introduce you to the Student Council.
★Student Council
The goal this year is "to create a school where opinions are exchanged and shared - the Smile Bridge Project", and we are taking on various challenges to ensure that everyone can enjoy a fulfilling school life.
★School Culture Building Department
The School Culture Creation Club is an important club that builds the foundation of the school. The goal in this year is the annual goal of the club is "to create a comfortable school culture for everyone, so that all members can look back on their own lives, identify issues, and take action to improve school life." They try hard to create a school that it's comfortable.
★Health Promotion Department
The Health Promotion Club is always there for students' health. They create opportunities for each member to find and improve his or her own health and create an environment in which they can face up to their health. The Health Promotion Club also helps students to achieve the first step by planning effective programs to make everyone healthier and to prevent health-related problems from occurring in school life. They are working on projects to help all students live healthier lives.
★Exchange Club
The Exchange Club aims to promote exchanges among students across grade levels and schools. The goal this year is "Be a broader version of yourself," the club creates a variety of humorous projects and produces opportunities for students to interact with each other.
★Good Conduct Club
The Good Conduct Club aims to make the school kinder and better. The club conducts social contribution activities such as fundraising and collecting PET bottle caps, with the goal of "improving members' awareness and actions toward good deeds, so that they will be able to recognize problems and do good deeds on their own and contribute not only to the school but also to the local community and society.
★Environmental Beautification Department
The Environmental Beautification Department aims to contribute to the community through environmental improvement. The goal this year is "to raise awareness of the importance of beautification and to encourage students to take action by communicating the appeal of environmental beautification to members of the club". The club aims to make all students interested in environmental conservation and school cleanup activities.
★Library Club
The library club supports students' reading life. The goal in this year is "Through project, we aim to make reading more accessible to the students by letting them know how good books are and how much fun it is to read them." They are also trying their best to create an environment in which students can easily read, through projects that bring them into contact with more books, working at the library counter, and so on.
★Broadcasting club
The Broadcasting Club provides us with accurate information that we need daily. They support our school life with their goal this year, "providing accurate information to all members and enriching school life through broadcasting.
★Safety Club
The Safety Club works to ensure the safety and security of our students. The goal this year is "conduct projects to make members look back on their daily lives objectively and to help them lead their daily lives safely." The plan is to make sure that members are actively involved and have fun. The Safety Department is working hard to have members learn about traffic rules, safe bicycle riding, and other safety issues through its projects, with the goal of "reducing the number of violations and accidents from the previous year."
★Study Department
The study club is often said to be like the junior high school attached to the school. The goal in this year is "plan learning projects, create opportunities for members to actively learn, and have them experience the joy of learning through these projects". They are implementing both projects that allow all students to enjoy learning and projects that support learning.
Our school has a lot of interesting clubs. Next time, we will write about School council's project and enthusiasm. Goodbye.
