This school diary is the second extra edition. In the first extra edition, we introduced the roles of each committee of the Student Council. In the second edition, we interviewed students about their recommended projects and enthusiasm for them.

Debates and discussions are held in classes and other groups during student assemblies. The first meeting was held at the student council meeting in early June.

In the questionnaire after the event, we received positive feedback such as "I thought it might be relevant to me" and "I realized that it is important to take responsibility for our actions". We will make use of these reflections for the next time an make D-time a place where opinions are exchanged more actively.
□School Culture Building Department
【Project】 Submit Challenge
Each class from each grade level will compete against each other for the percentage of submissions in the five subjects (Japanese, mathematics, science, social studies, and English) before the test. The submission rate will be expressed as points, and the results will be broadcasted over three days during the following week for the first four places.

I would be happy if this project can help people to be "aware" of their own issues, so that they can follow the norms properly.
□Health Promotion Department
【Project】 Hero Academia in the school!
One day in July, during lunchtime, members of the Health Promotion Club will hold an emergency treatment class for heat stroke, nosebleeds, burns, broken bones, etc. in the gymnasium. Each member is asked to go to the booth they want to learn from and become a HERO.

We will do our best to support all the students at Annex Junior High School so that they will have a chance to look at their own health condition and reassess it.

We are planning to have an exchange event with students at the attached elementary school through reading stories and recreational activities.

We will collect plastic bottle caps and donate them to recycling companies. We will ask club members to make collection boxes.

□Environmental Beautification Department

The members of the Environment and Beautification Club and those who wish to participate will clean up the area around the school. Participants will be asked to reflect on their efforts later.

We will put the books recommended by the club members in envelopes and ask them to choose one at random. We will also ask club members to make a synopsis of the book in the envelope and put it in a booklet to be placed in the library.

A quiz competition will be held during the lunch break using a wide variety of quizzes created by the study club members.

We will support students in their studies and help them experience the joy of learning by planning projects that will change "studying hard" for our members into "studying fun!"
