Hello! I am the Director of the Public Relations Department. It's been a month since the year 2025 ...... So, I took a look back at our activities last year. As I remember many things that we did last year, I thought I would tell you about the public relations activities that all the students at Junior High School attached to Saga University engaged in. So, in this school diary, I, the head of the public relations department, would like to introduce to you the activities of the public relations department.
◆"School Diary"◆
First, the project of updating the school homepage: "School Diary". This year, we wrote articles in two different languages, Japanese and English, to convey the charm of the school to "all of the people". We have reported on various activities and written articles, all of which are full of "the charm of our school", so if you haven't read them yet, please take a look!
◆"Students eye"・"School Speak"・"Let's create a school poster" ◆
We have done these three projects in response to the question: "How can we publicize our school more closely from the students' perspective than ever before?".
In the "Student eye", we created a school leaflet, and in the "School Speak", we created a school PR video. Also, in the "Let's create a school poster", we created a school poster in consultation with the PR department staff and all the students. Those three projects, were used at the school's application information sessions, and were used to promote our school to many people, including students applying to our school and their parents. ◆"言の葉の附中(Junior High School attached to Saga University of WORDS)" ◆
This is a project to exchange students' voices and ideas in the school. We asked the members of the Public Relations Department to write down their own thoughts and ideas in "words", such as "Common things in Junior High School attached to Saga University".
The project was not planned at the beginning, so it was a small-scale project. But when the students and teachers saw words such as "Three years on a 'chair' ", and " 'I haven't studied at all (after test) .......are really exaggerations", they were able to feel uniqueness of our school. We also did a variety of other projects. Looking back, I feel like we did a lot this past year. To all the students and teachers who helped us with our projects, and to everyone who reads this "School Diary". Thank you so much.
This is the last school website that is written by us. It was difficult to tell you about our school in English, but it was a great experience.
Our school would like to continue to tell about our school for "all of the people". So, please keep reading this.
